About Kevin Perpetua

Kevin Perpetua is a Managing Partner and was a founder of The MD Firm in 2006.  In addition to jointly managing the Atlanta office for The Medicus Firm, Mr. Perpetua is involved in the overall management of The Medicus Firm as well as working with long-term clients. 

Mr. Perpetua has been in the physician recruitment industry since 1991.  Having had the opportunity to work in all regions of the country from offices in Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, and Irvine, CA, his experiences have provided him with a unique perspective regarding recruitment patterns in every region of the country.  His ability to develop strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service has enabled him to establish many years of partnership with each client he personally represented, providing expertise in practice evaluation, contract negotiation and compensation analysis.

Prior to founding The MD Firm, he was employed for fourteen years at Merritt, Hawkins and Associates as a Divisional Vice President of Recruiting.

Mr. Perpetua currently resides in Atlanta, GA, with his wife, Kim, and two sons Kai and Kade.
