It’s awards season! Roll out the red carpet! Alert the paparazzi!
While we may not be walking the red carpet any time soon, The Medicus Firm has made the 2011 Best of Staffing™ Client list, by Inavero and CareerBuilder!
The Best of Staffing List was created by Inavero, which put our talent through a rigorous client survey process, followed by careful analysis of responses to determine our clients’ satisfaction levels.
On a scale of 1 through 10, 10 being the most satisfactory, the majority of our associates scored a 9 or 10! The industry average for this “Net Promoter Score®” is 47 percent, and all of the staffing firms included on the Best of Staffing™ list scored above 55 percent. The Medicus Firm scored 70 percent!
The Best of Staffing™ list includes search firms from all industries, and fewer than 1% of all staffing firms made the list. We are particularly honored to be one of the few physician search firms on the list. Physician recruiting is one of the most challenging staffing industries due to the level of competition for good physicians – there are more opportunities than there are doctors to fill them. Therefore, we are extremely excited about our high client satisfaction scores that earned us a spot on this list.
We would like to thank our wonderful clients for qualifying us among the best in staffing. Of course, our clients, who consist of administrators, recruiters, and executives at hospital systems and medical facilities nationwide, are the reason we are in business at all. We developed our unique, client-focused physician search model to provide the best retained search results we can, with as little financial exposure as possible for our clients. And we are glad to know that it’s working, especially because we heard it straight from the source — our clients themselves!
