What is the “golden ticket” to successful physician recruiting? There is no ONE thing that is the end-all, be-all magic ticket to recruiting doctors, but there are many ”golden tickets” (i.e. components) to an effective physician recruiting strategy.

Another “golden ticket” to recruiting is networking and learning from others, and what better way to do that than via professional associations? The Medicus Firm enjoys being very active in both the ASPR and the NAPR physician recruiting associations.
In fact, recently we attended the ASPR conference in California and had a “Golden Ticket” drawing, in which winners won some fun prizes including gift cards and even iPad2!
It is always fun to see familiar faces of clients and colleagues, as well as meeting new people in our industry. We co-sponsored an event one evening for fun, and learned a lot of useful information during the day.
